Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

Acloche is looking for a motivated and people-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing Coordinator to join our Marysville team. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in positions where they can succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and other online tools.
- Review resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications.
- Build talent pipelines by attending job fairs, networking events, and community outreach efforts.
- Prepare and refine resumes or candidate profiles for client submission.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and collect client feedback.
- Extend job offers and clearly communicate assignment details, expectations, and terms.
- Provide coaching and support to associates to improve performance, attendance, and overall job success.
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, or hiring (preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations.
- Ability to guide and support employees in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
