Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and web chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately through phone, fax, and email.
- Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and freight quotes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product updates and order-related information.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, courteous demeanor when working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
