Forklift Operator – Delaware, OH

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Split Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Safely unload materials and merchandise from incoming trucks and place them in designated storage areas.
Move products, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
Transport raw materials to production workstations as needed.
Prepare and stage materials for shipment.
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and report shortages or quality concerns.
Perform routine forklift inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
Maintain accurate inventory and activity records.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous forklift operating experience required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
