Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Inventory Control Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of inventory control and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory management procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within warehouse and storage operations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Research, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyze root causes of inventory issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Accurately process inventory transactions on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Ensure inventory is properly stored, accessible, and accurately tracked.
  • Maintain detailed records and provide inventory-related reporting as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous inventory control and warehouse experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable using warehouse ladders and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
