Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Overtime: As needed
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
The IT Lead will be responsible for the reliable operation, support, and continuous improvement of IT systems and services at the site. This position supports technologies including office automation, commercial applications, ERP systems, line-of-business applications, and product development systems.
You’ll also serve as a key connection between IT and business leadership, helping ensure technology solutions support operational and business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure site IT infrastructure is stable, cost-effective, secure, and optimized.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage service-level performance for end-user computing, servers, storage, backups, and data/voice networks.
- Partner with business leaders to execute IT strategies aligned with site objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of IT engineers responsible for daily site operations.
- Manage production change-control processes and IT service-delivery improvement initiatives.
- Provide excellent service and support to internal business customers.
- Manage incidents, problems, and change control using an ITIL service-management framework.
- Provide leadership for IT architecture, design, support, and service delivery.
- Support data recovery and business continuity planning.
- Maintain SOX and IT security compliance, including appropriate data protection and access controls.
- Lead IT system launches supporting site growth and operational initiatives.
- Oversee IT asset management, consumption tracking, and CMDB accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal resources and outsourcing partners to maintain system availability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce business-impacting incidents and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment by following all applicable procedures, standards, and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of Information Technology experience, including IT daily operations and systems management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles and ITIL 4.
- Leadership, personnel management, and administrative management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, business partners, and support teams.
- Team-oriented leadership style with a professional and confident presence.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a solution-focused, customer-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to build, coach, develop, and retain IT talent.
