Acloche has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician on 2nd Shift in Delaware, Ohio!

Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Training will take place on 1st Shift:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
Candidates must be flexible with shift assignments during the training period.
Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $34.00 per hour Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain conveyors, sensors, motors, and related machinery.
- Complete assignments accurately, safely, and efficiently.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Basic understanding of:
- Electrical systems.
- Pneumatic systems.
- Hydraulic systems.
- Experience using:
- Hand tools.
- Multi-meters.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to wire a 480V motor.
- Fabrication experience.
- Knowledge of:
- AC/DC systems
- Conveyors
- Sensors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures throughout the year.
- Strong attendance record.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred:
- Preventative and predictive maintenance experience.
- MIG and TIG welding experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
