About the Job
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This position helps ensure products are received, processed, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations as assigned.
- Meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Help solve problems and adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift.

What You've Done:
- No experience required; training provided.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, production, or general labor is a plus.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- May work around warehouse equipment and varying environmental conditions.
