Job Responsibilities:
- Pack products securely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Prepare orders for shipment by boxing, labeling, and organizing materials.
- Shrink-wrap pallets and packages to ensure safe transportation.
- Inspect products for quality before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate any equipment, product, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- English required; Spanish-speaking candidates may be paired with a bilingual supervisor when available.
