Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assemble automotive HVAC components and systems according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Perform hand assembly of plastic and mechanical components used in vehicle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, fit, function, and appearance.
  • Operate assembly equipment, hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment as required.
  • Assist with line changeovers, workstation setup, and production startup activities.
  • Record production and quality data accurately.
  • Follow standardized work instructions and maintain compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and customer demands.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Meet daily production, attendance, and quality goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required. onsite training.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

Hours:
  • 1st shift- Mon.-Fri. 6:00am- Fri. 2:00pm (overtime as needed)
  • Pay rate: $16.85
  • 2nd shift- Mon. – Fri. 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (overtime as needed)
  • Pay rate: $17.60
