Acloché has immediate openings for a Customer Service Clerk in Lewis Center.

If you’re looking for a new opportunity, then look no further! Acloché is looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service Clerk, someone who thrives in a field that allows them to think outside of the box. Someone who is reliable and professional and enjoys a casual, family owned, and rewarding environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner.
Process orders by phone, fax, and email.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes.
Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues.
Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders.
Other customer service projects.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Warehouse Customer Service experience.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company.
