Customer Service / Shop Associate:
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers while also supporting warehouse operations. This role combines customer service, office support, and hands-on shop responsibilities in a small office and warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Operate a cash register and process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions.
  • Load products and assist customers with purchases.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Stock inventory and maintain organized product displays.
  • Operate a forklift (preferred experience).
  • Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous general office experience required.
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
  • Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to assist with warehouse responsibilities.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
First Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay:
$17.50 per hour (based on experience).
