Welder - Immediate Openings in Marion
Acloche has immediate opportunities for skilled Welders in the Marion area. If you’re ready for a fresh start with a company that values your experience, this is your chance. These temp-to-hire positions offer the ability to grow your career while gaining hands-on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high‑quality TIG welding (TIG proficiency required).
- Weld steel components using wire welding equipment.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, layouts, work orders, and verbal instructions.
- Set up and lay out work using jigs, fixtures, or hand layouts.
- Collaborate with fitters and welder/fitters on multi‑component assemblies.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, grinders, cutting torches, and other power tools.
- Inspect and repair welds to meet product specifications.
- Cross‑train and assist in additional tasks as needed.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Handle a variety of complex fabrication tasks.
- AWS D1.1 Certification is mandatory.
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (overtime as needed).
- Pay: Based on experience.
