Welder - Immediate Openings in Marion

Acloche has immediate opportunities for skilled Welders in the Marion area. If you’re ready for a fresh start with a company that values your experience, this is your chance. These temp-to-hire positions offer the ability to grow your career while gaining hands-on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high‑quality TIG welding (TIG proficiency required).
Weld steel components using wire welding equipment.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, layouts, work orders, and verbal instructions.
Set up and lay out work using jigs, fixtures, or hand layouts.
Collaborate with fitters and welder/fitters on multi‑component assemblies.
Operate forklifts, hoists, grinders, cutting torches, and other power tools.
Inspect and repair welds to meet product specifications.
Cross‑train and assist in additional tasks as needed.
Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
Handle a variety of complex fabrication tasks.
AWS D1.1 Certification is mandatory.

Schedule & Pay:

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (overtime as needed).
Pay: Based on experience.
