Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for production equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Maintain detailed service and repair records, including parts usage and maintenance history.
- Diagnose and resolve CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts (training/certification provided as needed).
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate effectively with production, office staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Work flexible hours when necessary, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- 2–3 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with CNC routers, turret presses, punch presses, press brakes, and shears.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
