Maintenance Technician – Delaware, OH

Starting Pay: $31+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for production equipment.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Maintain detailed service and repair records, including parts usage and maintenance history.
Diagnose and resolve CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts (training/certification provided as needed).
Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Collaborate effectively with production, office staff, vendors, and contractors.
Work flexible hours when necessary, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
2–3 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with CNC routers, turret presses, punch presses, press brakes, and shears.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership or supervisory experience.
Lean manufacturing experience.
